Shipping policy

Free standard shipping within Australia

We offer free delivery to any Australian address via the Australia Post Parcel service and/or Sendle.

Australia Post and Sendle deliver to:

PO Box or street addresses, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. 

International Shipping 

We offer delivery to any international address via the Australia Post Parcel service and/or Sendle for any purchase. A standard shipping fee of $25 will be added to the purchase order due to higher shipping fee's and potential customs charges. Australia Post and Sendle deliver to PO Box or street addresses, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

General information during the pandemic

Though we usually send orders within 5 days, orders may take an extra 3-4 days to ship due to disruptions out of our control. Therefore please factor in a few extra days than normal to receive your order. 

Please be assured that you will receive an email containing your shipments tracking number within 10 days. 

Return and exchange policy

For a change of mind, Wolf + Bear offer a 30 day refund or exchange policy from the date that Wolf Bear Collective receive of a customers order for full priced online purchases.

Products must be unused with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling expenses and assumes responsibility for the goods until the item is received by Wolf + Bear. Please return items using a trackable service as Wolf + Bear will not compensate for products that have been lost in transit.

For a faulty product, Wolf + Bear offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy from the date that the customer receives their order for full priced online purchases.

Products must be unused with all original packaging intact. Wolf + Bear is responsible for return shipping and handling expenses for the least expensive delivery method we offer however the customer still assumes responsibility for the goods until the item/s are received by Wolf + Bear. Please return items using a trackable service as Wolf + Bear will not compensate for products that have been lost in transit.

Products that have been made with any special considerations or requests by the customer can not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty, this does not include change of mind. Any faulty garments will need to be assessed by Wolf Bear Collective for refund or exchange approval.

 

Refunds will be made via the payment method initially used to make the purchase and will be processed within one week of receipt of the returned item/s.

Please note that we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items.
