1. Half Waist is measured across the waistband, side to side (laid flat, unstretched)
2. Full Length is measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem

How it fits
An elastic waistband with an internal drawcord, so there's give either side of the measurement. Cut a touch shorter than our Classic Beach Shorts — same waist, about half a centimetre less in the leg.
