Our printing process at WBC is tailored to reduce excess waste, so as soon as your order is placed, we commence with production. The time from production to dispatch can vary from 1–5 days, depending on peak hours, promotional campaigns, and the item’s availability. But fear not, we’ll keep you informed at every stage of the process.

For our Australian customers, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150, which usually takes 5–10 business days to arrive. As for the rest of the world, shipping costs are determined by weight and will be calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in sunny Sydney, Australia.

At WBC, we strive to make returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. If an item doesn’t fit, we’ll happily replace it. While there’s no strict time limit on returns, we ask that items are returned in new condition with tags attached, and that size or colour exchanges are made in a timely manner. Please note that for all returns, domestic or international, including refunds, size exchanges, or change of mind, the postage back to us is covered by the customer.
