Every piece of Wolf Bear gear comes with our Good Gear Guarantee™. If something fails because of a fault in the materials or the way it was made, we'll repair it or replace it, free, for the life of the garment. No questions asked.
Wear and tear is a different thing, but it's not something we'll leave you alone with. Seams go, cuffs fray, elbows wear through. That's what happens to clothes that actually get worn, and we'll still fix them. Sometimes that's free, sometimes there's a small charge for the work, and we'll always tell you which before we start.
Accidents aren't covered, but send us a message anyway. A campfire ember or a barbed wire fence doesn't always mean the end, and if it can be mended we'll quote you for it.
Rewild™ pieces are covered too, for repair. They're one-offs, so we can't swap them for an identical one, and the wear described on the listing comes with them.

Most wear starts in the wash. Our wash guide and stain troubleshooter will add years to your gear, especially the older pigment-dyed pieces.

Holes, busted seams, a cuff that's given up. Tell us what's going on using the form below and we'll take it from there.
recycle
If it's truly past saving, it doesn't go in the bin. We'll make sure it's recycled properly. And if it's still got life in it but not for you, trade it in through Rewild™ for 25% back in credit.

The most sustainable thing you can do with a piece of clothing is keep wearing it. So we make gear to be worn hard, and we stand behind it when it is. Repaired when it wears out, passed on through Rewild™ when you're done with it, recycled properly when it's finally finished. That's the whole idea.

Whether it's a small fix or a major overhaul, we'll take a look. Tell us what's going on using the form below, or bring it to us at The Rocks Markets any weekend. We'll ask for a few photos and tell you honestly what we can do before you post anything.
Our goal is to have repairs finished within 30 days, though each one is different and we'd rather do it properly than quickly. Defects are on us. For wear and tear we may charge a reasonable amount for the work, and we'll agree it with you first. Postage to us is yours, postage home is ours.
If something turns out to be beyond repair, we'll work out a fair way to make it right.
