Cass and Andžs are both photographers. They met at a hotel in Earls Court, both a long way from home — she'd come from Australia, he'd come from Latvia with barely any English. Cass spent the first stretch teaching him the ropes and the language. Something clicked over Christmas.

A few years and a lot of ground later came the question, back to Australia? The answer was immediate. That was a over decade ago. Twins since, and a household that blends Latvia and Australia and everywhere they've been in between.

Andžs has been making pictures for as long as he can remember: taping over old cassettes as a kid, working through his mum's disposable cameras, then finally getting hold of a film camera in London.
